Description

A relic of renewal and desire, each Venin charm is hand-carved and cast in recycled sterling silver, coiling protectively around a unique baroque pearl — no two ever alike. The snake, ancient symbol of transformation and temptation, holds the pearl as both offering and possession, embodying the tension between beauty and power.

Every charm is one of a kind & only three are currently available.

Craft & Ethos

Each piece is designed and crafted in Saltaire, UK - a UNESCO world heritage site.

Forms are shaped using time-honoured silversmithing techniques, or begin as hand sculpted forms of wax, then cast and refined in precious metal. All stone setting is carried out in-house, allowing complete control over finish, balance, and detail.

Production is intentionally kept small and considered. Pieces are created either to order or in limited runs, reducing excess and supporting a more responsible use of materials and energy.

All precious metals used are recycled, and gemstones are ethically sourced. Where a stone is lab-created or synthetic, this is always stated with full transparency.

From making to eco-conscious packaging, every stage is handled with care and attention — nothing is rushed, nothing is outsourced without intention.

Care Info

Your piece is made to be worn and lived in, but mindful care will preserve its finish.

  • Avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes, and lotions
  • Remove during heavy activity, swimming, or showering
  • Gold plated pieces should be removed before water exposure, to maintain the longevity of the plated finish
  • Store separately to avoid scratching

Over time, metals will naturally develop a patina. This is part of the piece’s character, but can be gently polished if a brighter finish is preferred.

HEAVENLY BODY CHARM The Baptist

For the intentional collector.

Origin

The Baptist was shaped between two landscapes.

The origins trace back to Greece, under Mount Olympus — where the maker was born and raised, and first developed an understanding of form, material, and craft.

Now based in Saltaire, UK — a UNESCO World Heritage site — the work continues in a place equally defined by craft, history and natural beauty,

Each piece carries this dual influence: myth and industry, raw landscape and refined process.

Ecologi

We believe creation should be intentional, not wasteful.

We’ve partnered with Ecologi to help offset our environmental impact. In addition, for every order placed, two trees are planted, contributing to global reforestation efforts.

Alongside this, production is kept intentionally small, using recycled precious metals and responsibly sourced stones.

This is an ongoing commitment — to do better for the future.

Hallmarked in London

Pieces in precious metals above the required weight are independently tested and hallmarked by the London Assay Office.

This mark certifies the metal’s purity and stands as a lasting assurance of its quality.

A quiet stamp, but a permanent one — embedded in the piece itself.
