EU Right of Withdrawal

EU Right of Withdrawal

Last updated: June 2026

At Head of the Baptist, many of our pieces are handcrafted to order. As a result, different withdrawal rights apply depending on the nature of the item purchased.

Made-to-Order Pieces

All items marked "Made to Order" are handcrafted specifically for you after your order has been placed.

Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the Right of Withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised.

As a result, orders for made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.

The made-to-order status of a piece is clearly indicated on each product page prior to purchase.

Ready-to-Ship Pieces

Items marked "Ready to Ship" are eligible for the EU Right of Withdrawal.

If you are a customer located within the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please fill out the form below.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
