At Head of the Baptist, every order is carefully prepared and dispatched from our workshop in the United Kingdom.

Dispatch Times

Made-to-Order Pieces

Items marked "Made to Order" are handcrafted specifically for you once your order is placed.

Production times vary by piece and are displayed on the relevant product page. Please allow the stated production period before your order is dispatched.

Ready-to-Ship Pieces

Items marked "Ready to Ship" are dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase.

United Kingdom Shipping

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

  • Shipping Cost: £7.00

  • Free shipping on orders over £250

  • Fully tracked and signed-for service

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed services.

  • Shipping Cost: £15.00

  • Free shipping on international orders over £300

  • Fully tracked service where available

  • Estimated delivery: 7–10 working days after dispatch

Please note that international shipments may occasionally take up to 15 working days to arrive due to customs processing and local postal delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient where applicable.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Head of the Baptist is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, postal disruptions, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
