UK & Rest of World Returns
For customers located in the United Kingdom and all countries outside of the European Union, the following return policy applies.
Made-to-Order Pieces
All items marked "Made to Order" are handcrafted specifically for you once your order is placed. As these pieces are produced to order, the sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on made-to-order items once production has begun.
If you have any questions regarding sizing, materials, finishes, or any other aspect of a piece, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.
Once an order has been placed, production begins and the order cannot be cancelled.
The made-to-order status of each piece is clearly indicated on the relevant product page.
Ready-to-Ship Pieces
Items marked "Ready to Ship" may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to prior approval.
To request a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
EU Right of Withdrawal

At Head of the Baptist, many of our pieces are handcrafted to order by our small team of artisans. As a result, different withdrawal rights apply depending on the nature of the item purchased.
Made-to-Order Pieces
All items marked "Made to Order" are handcrafted specifically for you after your order has been placed.
Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the Right of Withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order and personalised goods.
As a result, orders for made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.
The made-to-order status of a piece is clearly indicated on each product page prior to purchase.
Ready-to-Ship Pieces
Items marked "Ready to Ship" are eligible for the EU Right of Withdrawal.
If you are a customer located within the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please fill out the respective form.
Returned items must be:

- Returned with all original packaging
